Taper Ties

Our 15mm and 20mm diameter taper ties are available in a variety of lengths and can be made to order in certain sizes. They are made from a single high-strength steel bar.

The technique, which enables quick installation and stripping, features a continuous thread at each end of the tie that is turned down to the same diameter.

Shebolts

Our shebolt’s end features a connection to the ThreadbarTM, and when used with an inner rod, creates a tough, affordable tie that can be used in a variety of applications.

We produce shebolts in a variety of sizes and in the following diameters: 15, 20, and 26 mm. We also manufacture crimped shebolts that can be made to a precise length, conventional shebolts that are machined from a single piece of steel, and steel shebolt cones.

Thru Ties

The Threadbar™, PVC sleeves, and reusable form tie cones are all components of the through tie system. We employ a completely automated production technique to create the flexible cones. This method ensures precise form spacing while enabling quick and simple installation and stripping.
